    Fraud Prevention Specialist - Nobles County Community Services

    Conduct fraud prevention investigations involving applicants/recipients of assistance through various programs administered through Nobles County. Cooperative work with applicants, Fraud Prevention Investigators, Eligibility Specialists, County Attorney, other agency staff, and members of the public are essential for this position.

    QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma with a minimum of three years of experience as an eligibility worker in the State of Minnesota and/or previous experience working with the Minnesota Fraud Prevention Investigation Program; associates degree in law enforcement, criminal justice or related field preferred. Valid driver’s license. Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

    We offer flexible scheduling and telecommute options following an initial probationary period. Proficiency in a second language may be eligible for an extra $1.00 per hour. Excellent Benefit package.
