Job Description:
Seeking a Queue Manager to support the Fraud Department by managing and tracking fraud case workflows through Salesforce. The team currently consists of 16 members handling multiple fraud detection and claims processing streams, email inbox management, and fraud case documentation. This role will ensure cases are properly entered, tracked, and maintained in Salesforce while coordinating with existing fraud platforms and internal teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and Salesforce experience are highly preferred.
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with occasional overtime. Flexible scheduling available for appointments or slightly later start times when needed.
