Greystones is hiring a Fraud Analytics Manager to lead the delivery of fraud detection, identity theft, and first-party fraud analytics across modeling, simulation, operational reporting, data validation, and emerging risk analysis. The Manager will coordinate resources, priorities, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, and transition activities across the portfolio.

The Fraud Analytics Manager will serve as a primary interface with Government leadership and Initiative Managers, ensuring analytical efforts remain aligned with operational priorities, filing season deadlines, production requirements, data quality, and long-term modernization objectives. The successful candidate will provide technical and analytical leadership while translating complex data and fraud-risk findings into actionable insights that support Government decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integrated workstreams supporting predictive models, filters, business rules, performance monitoring, and analytical pilots.
• Establish workplans, milestones, dependencies, staffing plans, quality gates, and escalation paths.
• Manage delivery of recurring operational reporting, model evaluations, ad-hoc analyses, and executive briefings.
• Ensure deliverables, analytical methods, assumptions, data dependencies, and limitations are sufficiently documented.
• Coordinate with IT resources and enterprise stakeholders on system changes, migrations, implementation testing, and production continuity.
• Review analytical findings for accuracy, operational relevance, and appropriate interpretation.
• Lead responses to emerging fraud schemes, anomalous activity, urgent leadership requests, and oversight inquiries.
• Manage risks involving data access, system dependencies, production releases, workload capacity, and filing-season timing.
• Oversee AI governance, documentation, transparency, and compliance artifacts.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer, desk guides, runbooks, and transition of capabilities to Government personnel.
• Mentor fellow senior and junior analysts and promote consistent analytical standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• This position requires candidates to obtain a Federal Public Trust Clearance. Being a US Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident is required when obtaining a Federal Public Trust Clearance.
• 8+ years leading complex analytics, compliance, risk, or data science programs.
• 3+ years supporting fraud analytics, identity theft, financial crime, compliance analytics, or comparable risk-detection programs.
• Experience managing multi-workstream efforts under operational or time-sensitive deadlines.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to executive, operational, technical, and Government audiences.
• Excellent knowledge of Python, SQL, Databricks, machine learning lifecycle management, and analytical reporting.
• Experience coordinating with IT, data engineering, production, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of documentation, quality assurance, data protection, and transition requirements.
