Job Role: Fraud Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402 & Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 7-month contract
Job Description:
Working hours: 8-4:30, includes a half-hour lunch.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently to interpret spreadsheets and alert notes.
- Ability to manage time to complete daily assigned work, which can vary day to day.
- Writing and phone skills - Ability to clearly and succinctly submit written reports/documentation and communicate with agents and law enforcement via phone calls.
- Attention to detail organizing work, updating data on spreadsheets, ensuring case documentation is complete.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews customer and account data to determine if customer is the victim of Elder or Vulnerable Adult Financial Exploitation.
- Contacts internal partners as needed to ensure complete information for APS reports.
- Submits Adult Protective Services Reports via online forms, fax or phone calls to APS agencies and law enforcement.
- Documents findings in case management system and tracking spreadsheets
