Minimum requirements: 3+ years in franchise consulting or early childhood management, 2+ years managing portfolios, proficiency in MS Office, and up to 70% travel.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree, strong consultative and analytical skills, excellent relationship-building, and organizational abilities.
