 As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Franchise Business Coach (FBC) to support franchise partners in driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance across multiple restaurant locations.

 

Position Summary

The Franchise Business Coach serves as the primary operational advisor to assigned franchise partners. This role focuses on coaching operators to improve restaurant performance, strengthen leadership capabilities, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards.

 The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder, operational expert, and business coach who can guide franchise partners through operational challenges while helping them achieve financial success.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Franchise Partner Support

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned franchise operators
  • Build strong relationships with franchise partners and restaurant leadership teams
  • Provide coaching and operational guidance to support restaurant performance
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits and operational assessments

Business Performance Coaching

  • Analyze restaurant performance metrics, including sales, labor, food cost, and profitability
  • Develop action plans to address operational gaps and performance opportunities
  • Support franchise partners in achieving financial and operational goals
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with franchise partners

Operational Excellence

 

  • Ensure restaurants consistently execute Salata brand standards
  • Coach operators on food safety, food quality, guest service, and operational best practices
  • Identify operational opportunities to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction

Training & Development

 

  • Support the onboarding and training of new franchise operators
  • Reinforce operational systems and brand programs
  • Guide operators on team development and leadership best practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 

  • Partner with marketing, supply chain, training, catering, and off-premise teams
  • Support new restaurant openings and major brand initiatives when needed
  • Communicate field insights and operational opportunities to internal leadership

Qualifications

 

Required

 

  • 5+ years of restaurant operations leadership experience
  • Multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of restaurant P&L and financial performance drivers
  • Franchise support experience
  • Strong data analysis and business planning skills
  • Experience coaching operators or restaurant leaders
  • Ability to travel frequently both inside and outside of the state
