Revolutionary Builders is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals interested in learning the residential framing trade. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience working alongside experienced framing carpenters to build residential homes.
No previous framing experience is required. Candidates must be willing to learn, follow directions, work safely, and contribute to a team environment.
Assist experienced carpenters with framing residential homes.
Help measure, cut, carry, and install lumber and building materials.
Assist with constructing walls, floors, and roof framing under supervision.
Learn proper use and care of hand tools and power tools.
Load, unload, and organize building materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Follow instructions from the Foreman and experienced crew members.
Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
Assist crew members with daily tasks to keep projects moving efficiently.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop carpentry skills.
No previous construction experience required.
Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting materials, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights with proper training and safety equipment.
