    Description

    • Serve as senior U.S. Business leader responsible for overall market execution, strategy, and operational oversight.
    • Drive growth initiatives and execution of U.S. Expansion strategy across payments and financial services operations.
    • Establish and maintain governance, reporting, and control frameworks aligned with regulated financial institution standards.
    • Manage key external relationships including banking partners, payment processors, regulators, auditors, and strategic vendors.
    • Oversee regulatory obligations including licensing, examinations, and ongoing compliance requirements for U.S. Operations.
    • Provide executive oversight of operational risk, vendor management, business continuity planning, and internal control environments.
    • Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and AML leadership to ensure strong regulatory and control frameworks.
    • Advise global leadership and ownership on market strategy, regulatory developments, and business risk in the U.S.
    • Prepare executive-level reporting, performance dashboards, and board materials.
    • Support development and scaling of the U.S. Leadership team and organizational infrastructure.
