Have you held the specific title of Chief Marketing Officer or Fractional CMO for 10+ years, personally managing 2+ SMB client relationships ($5M–$30M+ revenue) simultaneously, owning strategy and execution for each? This role is built for you — keep reading.
HTM is the nation's leading provider of Fractional C-Suite services for solo and small law firms. This is a full-time W-2 executive role (not 1099) where you'll serve as the marketing partner to a portfolio of law firm clients — setting strategy, building systems, coaching owners, and driving measurable growth — without ever having to find or sell the engagements yourself.
PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
This role requires 12+ years of senior marketing leadership, including 10+ years specifically holding the title of Chief Marketing Officer or Fractional CMO — not VP of Marketing, Head of Marketing, Director of Marketing, or similar. If your senior marketing experience was earned under a VP, Director, or Head of Marketing title, this role is not the right fit, regardless of the scope of responsibility in that role.
Within that CMO/Fractional CMO tenure, you must show sustained, concurrent experience managing multiple client relationships at the same time, specifically advising small to mid-sized businesses ($5M–$30M+ revenue) as your primary, ongoing clients, not as single projects or side engagements.
Held VP, Director, or Head of Marketing titles, even with CMO-level scope of responsibility? Not the right fit — this role requires the CMO title itself.
Held the CMO title, but it was a single interim gig or in-house role at one company, not concurrent multi-client work? Not the right fit.
Held the CMO title primarily at large enterprises, without sustained hands-on SMB owner advisory? Not the right fit.
Must currently reside in one of the states listed above and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
