PROJECTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES…
 
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner at the intersection of Finance, HR, and Operations, supporting workforce and people-planning decisions
  • Build and maintain financial, workforce, and labor cost models that directly influence organizational design and investment decisions
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and insights — accuracy, polish, and speed matter
  • Act as the “go-between” across teams, aligning stakeholders and driving clarity in fast-moving situations
YOU HAVE…
 
  • Expertise in Financial Planning, Analysis, and Modeling
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or workforce / people planning
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (analysis, pivots, data manipulation) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)
  • Experience synthesizing complex data into clear, executive-level insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience
