A leading integrated healthcare provider is seeking an FP&A Manager to serve as a key business partner to operational and executive leadership. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic finance, operational analytics, and team leadership to drive performance across a growing healthcare organization.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, this leader will oversee a team of analysts and translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that support hospital, clinic, and service line performance. You'll have a seat at the table with senior leaders, helping shape decisions around growth initiatives, labor productivity, capital investments, physician recruitment, and enterprise strategy.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
- Partner with operational, clinical, and executive leaders to support strategic and financial decision-making.
- Deliver monthly financial and operational performance reviews, identifying opportunities to improve results and drive accountability.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, business cases, and strategic analyses.
- Analyze service line profitability, cost accounting, provider performance, and patient-level financial trends.
- Support capital planning, growth initiatives, and enterprise-wide strategic projects.
- Drive adoption and optimization of Oracle EPM reporting and analytics tools.
- Advance automation, reporting capabilities, and data-driven decision making across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive healthcare finance experience.
- Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and operational decision support.
- Experience partnering directly with non-finance leaders and presenting complex financial information in a clear, actionable way.
- Knowledge of healthcare cost accounting, service line analytics, provider productivity, and operational performance metrics.
- Prior leadership experience managing, mentoring, or developing analysts is highly preferred.
- Experience with Oracle ERP/EPM and Epic systems is a plus.
- CPA, CMA, HFMA, MBA, or other advanced credentials preferred.
