Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
Location: 100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.

Key Responsibilities for the FP&A Manager:
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning initiatives.
• Develop financial models tied to revenue drivers, census, authorizations, staffing, and program performance.
• Analyze budget-to-actual variances and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Support growth initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic planning.
• Enhance reporting, dashboards, and financial insights to improve decision-making across the organization.
• Partner with operational and finance leaders to strengthen financial performance and data integrity.
Qualifications for the FP&A Manager:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, strategic finance, or related experience.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience within healthcare, nonprofit, human services, Medicaid-funded organizations, or similarly complex environments preferred.
