A bit about us:A large, multi-site retailer is hiring an FP&A Manager to work directly with the CFO as the company continues expanding through acquisitions, new locations and organic growth.
This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to take ownership of an existing FP&A function and improve the processes and reporting that support a growing multi-site business. The focus is on strengthening forecasting and performance measurement, improving dashboards and KPI reporting, streamlining reporting processes, and giving leadership better visibility into business performance as the company continues to scale.
You’ll sit close to both executive leadership and Operations, with exposure to acquisitions, strategic investments, location performance and the financial decisions behind continued expansion. There’s an established foundation in place, but plenty of opportunity to improve reporting, sharpen the planning process and influence how FP&A supports the business going forward.
Candidates with backgrounds in multi-location retail, restaurants, hospitality, automotive/RV dealerships or other location-based businesses are strongly preferred. Private equity-backed company experience is highly valued, along with experience supporting rapid growth, acquisitions and location-level P&Ls / profitability analysis.
