    FP&A Manager
    Delaware

    An established healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Decision Support / FP&A to lead financial analytics, service line performance evaluation, and strategic planning initiatives. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to provide actionable insights that drive operational and financial performance.
    Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate capital projects, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback period analysis
    • Analyze service line profitability and partner with leadership to identify trends, variances, and performance improvement opportunities
    • Lead regular financial review meetings with operational leaders to support data-driven decision-making
    • Oversee the preparation of reports related to audits, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements (e.g., cost reporting, community benefit reporting)
    • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
    • Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data across systems
    • Provide guidance and training to leadership on financial and productivity reporting tools
    • Manage ad hoc reporting requests and deliver insights to support strategic initiatives
    • Mentor and develop team members within decision support and financial analytics functions
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred)
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, decision support, or healthcare finance
    • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and performance analytics
    • Experience working with large datasets and financial systems (ERP, reporting tools, etc.)
    • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, cost reporting, and regulatory requirements preferred
    • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision-making
    • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
