What your future day will look like:
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to support operational and financial planning across the organization.
  • Analyze financial results and investigate variances to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models that support growth initiatives and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with departments throughout the organization to gather data and align financial plans with operational goals.
  • Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports that translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
  • Support leadership by providing analysis and recommendations to improve performance and drive profitability.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance function
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience building financial models and analyzing large datasets
  • Understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and manufacturing cost structures
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to various levels of management
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
