About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Consultant to support a growing organization through financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis initiatives. This consultant will partner closely with executive leadership to deliver actionable insights, improve financial visibility, and help drive critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives
Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
Create executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI analysis
Conduct variance analysis and present findings to leadership teams
Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management
Partner with department leaders to improve budgeting accuracy and financial accountability
Evaluate business performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability
Assist with M&A analysis, business cases, and special projects as needed
Improve FP&A processes, reporting automation, and financial systems utilization
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
7+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Strategic Finance experience
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and KPI reporting
Experience preparing materials for executive leadership and board presentations
Excellent communication and business partnering skills
MBA, CPA, CFA, or related certifications are a plus
