    Position Description

    Title: Analyst II - FP&A

    Department: FP&AImmediate Supervisor: Manager - FP&A

    Status: Exempt

    Position Purpose: As a member of the finance team, the analyst supports the FP&A organization through financial reporting,

    sales and profitability analysis, business intelligence administration, and data governance. This role serves as a key owner of the companys Sales Cube environment, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales, cost, and margin information that is used across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Executive Leadership for decision making. The position works cross functionally to deliver actionable insights, improve reporting processes, and support strategic business initiatives.

    Principle Accountabilities

    • Serve as the primary owner of the Sales Cube environment, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, reconciliation, and continuous improvement of sales, cost, and margin reporting data.
    • Lead the preparation, analysis, and delivery of recurring financial reporting and performance insights to support business and leadership decision-making.
    • Conduct profitability, revenue, volume, and operational analyses to identify business trends, support strategic initiatives, and drive informed decision-making.
    • Develop and enhance reporting tools, analytics, and automated processes that improve the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of financial information.
    • Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve data issues, support business initiatives, and provide actionable financial insights.
    • Related tasks as requested by the supervisor

    Essential Skills and Experience

    • Bachelors degree
    • 2-5 years Finance experience preferred
    • Strong analytical skills, and problem-solving acumen
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and a dynamic environment
    • Work independently and learn and apply quickly
    • Highly motivated team player
    • Innovative and open to new ideas in a focused, intense, and growth-oriented environment
    • Expert user of excel and a keen attention to detail a plus
