FP&A Analyst (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting packages.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the organization.
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Partner with finance and operational leaders to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support ongoing process improvements and reporting efficiencies within the finance function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance function.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and build financial models.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools; nonprofit experience is a plus but not required.
