FP&A Analyst

We’re seeking a Staff Analyst, FP&A — Systems & AI Automation to join an innovative technology organization and help modernize its Finance function.

This role is ideal for an FP&A professional with hands-on planning systems experience and a strong interest in AI and automation. You’ll own the company’s Pigment platform while improving budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and Finance workflows through technology and automation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and enhance the Pigment planning platform, including models, integrations, and hierarchies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build and deploy AI and automation solutions for Finance workflows.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business teams.
• Develop financial analysis and insights for senior leadership.
• Support and train users on the planning platform.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Pigment ownership — not just end-user experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience building and deploying an AI agent or business automation.
• Experience with SAP or another major ERP.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Comfortable working across Finance, systems, data, and AI.
