What You Will Do
- Lead the design process for new product features from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative design solutions.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Framer to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
- Analyze user engagement metrics to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
- Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma and Framer, with a solid understanding of design principles.
- Experience in conducting user research and applying findings to design solutions.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry or related fields, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits
