The Role
A Founding Engineer reporting directly to the CTO, owning full-stack product development as the company scales its core platform and AI-agent capabilities. High-ownership work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with no playbook.
Tech stack: TypeScript, Python, AWS, Next.js.
Requirements
- 0–6 years of experience, ideally a new grad to ~5 years out
- A quant background (e.g., Jane Street, IMC), founding-engineer experience, or an Olympiad/ICPC pedigree
- Full-stack TypeScript + Python + AWS + Next.js
- On-site in SF, 5 days, high-intensity
- Interest in AI-agent orchestration for healthcare recruitment

- A quant or competitive-programming background
- A founding engineer at a top-tier startup
- A recently active, green GitHub
- A top-school pedigree (e.g., MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, CMU, Princeton, Harvard)
