What You Will Do
- Design and implement full-stack applications using Python and TypeScript to optimize freight logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that improve operational workflows.
- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient codebases, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development, ensuring code quality and integrity.
- Analyze system performance metrics and implement enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
- Engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve technical issues and improve system reliability.

- 1-8 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of their ecosystems.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, to manage code changes effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $150K to $200K, complemented by equity offerings between 0.3% and 1%. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering team in a rapidly evolving industry.
