What You Will Do
- Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences using Figma.
- Collaborate with a small, agile team to iterate on product designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Utilize OpenAI technologies to enhance design processes and improve user interaction.
- Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all product offerings.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1-4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate design ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in design.
- Experience in the fintech or data-driven sectors.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
