What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable software solutions that power an advanced AI voice assistant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code using Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems to improve performance and user experience.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI or voice technology.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Experience with developing and deploying scalable applications.
• Familiarity with cloud services and APIs.

Preferred

• Experience working with AI or machine learning technologies.
• Knowledge of voice recognition technologies and natural language processing.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.

Compensation and Benefits
