The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role where you will learn a skilled trade, work with a close-knit crew, and see the impact of your work on customers’ homes every day. No prior experience in construction or foundation repair is required—we provide paid training, coaching, and a clear path for advancement.

What You'll Do
- Work on foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, waterproofing, and concrete lifting projects for residential customers.
- Partner with experienced team members to safely complete jobs according to company standards and timelines.
- Operate hand and power tools while following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional throughout each project.
- Interact with homeowners respectfully and professionally, representing HydroHelp911 with excellent customer service.
What Success Looks Like
- Within your first 3–6 months, reliably contribute to daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Consistently arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work with your crew at the start of each day.
- Demonstrate growing mastery of installation techniques, tools, and materials through on-the-job training and coaching.
- Earn the trust of your foreman and teammates by working hard, communicating clearly, and taking pride in the final result for each customer.
What We're Looking For
- Dependable, punctual team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Coachable and eager to learn new skills, with the desire to grow into higher-responsibility roles.
- Comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting 70+ pounds and working in crawl spaces and outdoor environments.
- Safety- and quality-focused, committed to delivering an excellent experience for every customer.
Compensation and Benefits
- $22–$26 per hour, plus performance-based incentives.
- 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and company-provided tools and equipment.
- Full-time, year-round employment with a clear path from Technician to Co-Foreman to Foreman.
- Typical day starts at 6:45 AM at the shop; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
