The Manager of Foundation Events and Engagement oversees Event and Engagement operations for the Development Department and the CSM Foundation. This position serves as the liaison to the CSM Foundation Board of Directors and is the first point of contact for the department. This position is responsible for supporting department goals and, under department direction, planning and managing events that support annual fundraising, cultivation, and stewardship initiatives. This position is accountable for student and employee engagement and supports donor and alumni engagement. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position will secure financial and in-kind sponsorships in all three counties, grow the volunteer base, and help strengthen the culture of philanthropy for the CSM community.

Additional Duties:
Associate degree required. Three years of professional, donor-facing non-profit experience, preferably with fundraising event planning experience. Two years of experience actively supporting a non-profit Board of Directors. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM and other non-profit portals; Blackbaud preferred.
