Join us as the Operations Excellence Execution Lead, where you will be the driving force behind strategic initiatives and operational excellence programs within U.S. Fossil Field Services. Imagine transforming innovative ideas into actionable solutions by leading project execution, managing key action items, and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will track essential initiatives and ensure that improvements are not only implemented but also sustainably adopted, making a significant impact on our operations.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and manage Strategic Fossil Operations Initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee PM and FSE Councils to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
- Drive enhancements in Fossil Project Management for continuous improvement.
- Manage and implement critical Action Items to support operational goals.
- Improve the Outage Execution Process focusing on Safety, Quality, and Financials.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for Digital & AI Enablement to drive innovation.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in Field Service roles, showcasing your expertise.
- 5 years of project management experience, demonstrating your leadership capabilities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to effectively lead teams.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored work authorization.

Our Gas Services division is dedicated to providing low-emission power generation through innovative service and decarbonization solutions. We focus on delivering zero or low-emission power generation, encompassing all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof. Our mission includes exploring decarbonization opportunities through modernization and digitalization of our fleet, ensuring a sustainable future for energy generation.
