Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Strong expertise in backend development using FastAPI
• Modern frontend development experience using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, data modeling, and database optimization
• Experience designing and building REST APIs and microservices
• Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
• Efficiently leverage AI coding assistants and autonomous agents to accelerate development.
• Break down complex business problems into manageable workflows and agent-based solutions.
• Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems for task automation and decision support.
• Build RAG-based solutions utilizing enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Implement prompt engineering, context management, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Integrate models from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Understand when and where to apply LLMs, traditional machine learning, workflow automation, or conventional software approaches to maximize business value and solution effectiveness.

AI Product Development & Deployment

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using modern full-stack technologies.

• Design and optimize data models leveraging PostgreSQL and other enterprise databases.
• Build and productionize Generative AI, AI Agent, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Accelerate delivery using AI-assisted engineering and autonomous agent frameworks.
