What You Will Do

• Partner directly with customers and internal teams to co-design and implement technical solutions that address their unique challenges.
• Serve as a crucial link between engineering capabilities and strategic business needs, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
• Deploy alongside engineering teams to facilitate the successful implementation of solutions in real-world environments.
• Identify patterns from customer engagements to inform product direction and prioritize engineering initiatives.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
• Gather feedback from field deployments to support rapid iteration cycles and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Drive the adoption and realization of value from technical solutions post-deployment, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–8 years of experience in a technical, strategic, or customer-facing role within a software engineering environment.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous situations, creating structure and clarity where needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of connecting technical capabilities to real-world outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects from inception to execution, with measurable impact on customer outcomes.

Preferred

• Prior experience in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or technical strategy role.
• Exposure to software development practices, with a solid understanding of engineering processes.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams in a startup environment.

Compensation and Benefits
