What you'll own

• Your own book of customers within weeks, each paired with a commercial lead
• End-to-end delivery: scope the tests, work through auth and interfaces, wire their agents into the eval system
• The one-off integration when a customer doesn't fit the product yet
• Delivering results directly, and making the call on whether an agent meets the certification standard
• Turning field learnings into product, toward evaluations that run without an engineer in the loop

Who we're looking for

• 3–7 years as an early startup engineer who ended up owning customers, or in a solutions, integration or forward-deployed role
• Builds and debugs integrations yourself, and knows when the scrappy version is the right call
• Owns the customer relationship: scopes work, sets expectations, delivers bad news early
• Turns what you see in the field into reusable product instead of solving the same problem twice
• Bonus: founder experience, AI evals or red-teaming
