What You Will Do
- Own 4–5 strategic enterprise customer accounts end-to-end
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding and expansion
- Lead weekly customer check-ins and technical issue resolution
- Diagnose and remediate high-priority production issues during active deployments
- Build lightweight custom solutions and integrations for customer workflows
- Write production-quality code in TypeScript and Python
- Translate customer feedback into product roadmap insights
- Partner directly with product and engineering teams
- Surface recurring customer patterns and advocate for platform improvements
- Resolve technical support issues with high urgency
- Bridge customer needs with internal engineering execution
- Help shape deployment playbooks as the company scales
- Operate as both technical builder and customer-facing problem solver
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1–5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong production coding experience
