Forward Deployed Engineer Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions
- Build, customize, and integrate GenAI, agentic AI, and machine learning applications
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Deploy AI solutions into production environments and drive adoption
- Bridge the gap between customer requirements and engineering execution
Ideal Background:
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, or agent-based solutions
- Comfortable working directly with customers and presenting technical concepts
- Experience integrating solutions across cloud and enterprise systems
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
