Job Description:
Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to understand workflows, data, pain points, and evolving business requirements.
Translate ambiguous business problems into practical, production-ready technical solutions.
Rapidly prototype, build, test, and deploy backend services, APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and internal tools.
Integrate solutions with existing client systems and adapt reusable components across engagements.
Use AI-assisted and agentic coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, code refactoring, test creation, and engineering automation.
Build custom AI agents and workflow integrations using Amazon Kiro, Claude Code, Claude API, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI APIs, GPT models, and agent-based frameworks.
Working knowledge of REST or GraphQL APIs, containerization, cloud infrastructure, and modern CI/CD practices.
Experience with AWS is preferred; Azure or GCP experience is also relevant
Evaluate and select appropriate AI models and development tools based on business, technical, security, and integration requirements.
Support programmatic agentic workflows integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact during client engagements and clearly communicate progress, constraints, and technical trade-offs.
Work effectively under tight timelines, changing requirements, and incomplete information.
Share field learnings and recurring client patterns with product and platform teams to support broader product improvements.
Follow modern software engineering, containerization, cloud, CI/CD, code-quality, and security practices
