? Shift: 2nd Shift – 4:30 PM until finish
? Pay: $18.00 per hour
? Hours: Average 40–45 hours per week
We are currently seeking a dependable Kitchen Prep Associate to join a busy food production team in High Point. This position is responsible for preparing ingredients for production in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Slice and chop vegetables, including onions and other produce
- Cook and prepare meats
- Shred cheeses and prepare other ingredients
- Perform general kitchen prep duties
- Lift and move ingredients and supplies weighing 40–50 lbs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Follow all food safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around strong food odors, including onions and other ingredients
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Previous kitchen, food production, or prep experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
