Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable and hardworking Formers / General Laborers for a physically demanding manufacturing opportunity in Tulsa. This is a hands-on position requiring consistent physical activity throughout the workday, including heavy lifting, bending, standing, material handling, and general production support.

This role is best suited for candidates who are accustomed to labor-intensive work and can maintain a strong, consistent work pace throughout an extended shift.

Previous manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the ability to safely perform demanding physical work are especially important.

Required Experience & Skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and production activities
• Assist with forming and manufacturing operations as assigned
• Lift and move materials throughout the work area
• Carry and position components as required
• Assist with material staging
• Support production personnel with physically demanding tasks
• Maintain a consistent work pace throughout the shift
• Move materials between production areas
• Assist with loading and unloading as required
• Keep assigned work areas clean and organized
• Remove scrap and production debris
• Follow supervisor instructions and established procedures
• Follow all company safety requirements
• Wear required PPE
• Assist other departments when needed
• Perform additional general labor and production duties as assigned

Physical Labor Requirements

This is a very labor-intensive position.

Candidates must be comfortable with:
