Key responsibilities
- Order fulfillment:Pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and electronic scanners.
- Quality control:Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Packing:Securely pack items into boxes, using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Labeling and documentation:Label packages correctly and fill out required shipping documents.
- Inventory management:Assist with restocking shelves, counting and recording stock levels, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse operations:Load and unload materials, clean work areas, and operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Safety:Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents.
- Productivity:Meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
