Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting for a Forklift/Saw Operator for our client located in Whitsett, NC!
Schedule: 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $17.00 per hour; Temp to hire
Job Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is comfortable with heavy lifting and has experience operating a saw and a forklift.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials in the Shipping Department.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
- Operate a saw to cut materials according to specifications.
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Previous experience operating a saw is required.
- Previous forklift operating experience is required.
- Previous order picking experience is required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to following all company safety policies and procedures.
