EmployBridge is hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators and Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse and distribution facilities throughout Reno, Sparks, and USA Parkway. If you have experience operating reach trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you!

Pay Rates & Available Schedules

1st Shift

• Monday-Friday | 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
• $24.00/hour

1st Shift

• Sunday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• $24.00/hour

Second Shift

• Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday | 3:30PM - 12AM
• $21.00/hour

Day Shift

• Friday-Tuesday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• $21.00/hour

Schedules and locations may vary based on client needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and other powered industrial equipment
• Load, unload, move, stage, and store materials throughout the warehouse
• Pull, pick, and replenish inventory accurately
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recent forklift experience

Reach Truck experience required

Experience operating one or more of the following:

• Reach Truck
• Stand-Up Forklift
• Cherry Picker/Order Picker
• Electric Pallet Jack
• Sit-Down Forklift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment for an entire shift

 Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday

Strong attention to safety and detail

 Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

 Must be able to pass client-specific screening requirements
