We're looking for experienced equipment operators for the following positions:
- Cherry Picker Operators
- Reach Truck Operators
- Pallet Jack Riders
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, safety-focused forklift operators to join our warehouse team. Operators will use stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, or pallet jacks to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate assigned equipment to pull, move, and stage products
- Accurately pick orders and transport materials to designated areas
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers as needed
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with inventory and cycle counts as required
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Work with team members to meet productivity goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, or reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution setting required
- Certification is provided in-house
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (heat, cold, heights)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Schedules
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–5:30 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay
$16-18/hour, depending on position
