Forklift Operator – Day Shift, Night Shift & Weekend Shifts available!
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our client in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal Forklift Operator will have at least two years of recent sit-down forklift experience, a strong safety record, and the flexibility to work overtime as needed. Experience operating double forks is a plus.
Job Duties
- Operate a sit-down forklift to safely load and unload trailers.
- Safely transport palletized products throughout the warehouse.
- Stock products at multiple pallet heights while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain accurate raw material and finished goods inventory.
- Use RF scanners to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Assist with daily shipping operations, including product inspection, packaging, and outbound shipments.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reviews to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies as a Forklift Operator.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Forklift Operator operating a sit-down forklift.
- Double fork experience is preferred but not required.
- Proven record of dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during a 12-hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting production goals.
- Must be a reliable Forklift Operator with a commitment to workplace safety.
