Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76131
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; some weekends required

Next Level Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators / Warehouse Associates to support receiving, stocking, order picking, shipping, and inventory operations.
Work location: Candidates should be prepared to begin working in Coppell, TX 75019, before transitioning to Fort Worth, TX 76131 within approximately 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Operate electric reach trucks, stand-up counterbalance forklifts, and electric order pickers as trained and authorized.
- Receive, pick, stock, and ship customer materials.
- Safely load and unload freight, including serialized electronics.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Complete receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions in warehouse management systems.
- Assist with less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping, transportation management systems, and bills of lading.
- Follow customer handling requirements and warehouse safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of related warehouse experience; 3 or more years preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety, storage, and material handling practices.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Availability to work occasional weekends.
- Ability to commute to both Coppell and Fort Worth locations.
