HJ Staffing is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Forklift Operators / Warehouse Agents to join our team in partnership with Pegasus Logistics Group. As a Warehouse Agent, you will play a key role in receiving, stocking, managing inventory, pulling, and shipping customer-owned material—including specialized serialized electronics.
Location: Initial placement at Coppell Warehouse (306 Airline Drive, Coppell, TX 75019) with a scheduled transition to Northlink Warehouse (15301 Northlink Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76131) later this year.Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Occasional weekend work required)
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, select, inventory, store, and ship warehouse supplies, merchandise, and equipment.
- Safely operate electric warehouse equipment, including:
- Electric Reach Trucks
- Electric Standup Counterbalance Forklifts
- Electric Order Pickers
- Perform cycle counting and support inventory control duties.
- Load and unload materials for general and specialized accounts, including handling serialized electronics.
- Manage LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping processes, utilizing TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and processing Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Maintain strict adherence to account SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and warehouse safety standards.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1–3 years of warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience.
- Working knowledge of warehouse storage, handling techniques, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Preferred:
- Forklift Certification highly preferred.
- 3+ years of related warehouse/equipment operating experience.
