Shift: 1st and 3rd shift Available
- 1st shift: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 3rd shift Sun- thurs 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced MHE Operator / Shag Driver for a first-shift opportunity in Tonganoxie, KS.
If you have experience moving trailers in a yard and operating a forklift, this could be a great opportunity to put your skills to work in a warehouse and distribution environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a yard hostler to move loaded and empty trailers within the property.
- Shuttle trailers between the loading docks and the yard.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to assist with warehouse operations when not performing yard-driving duties.
- Communicate with team members using a handheld radio.
- Use basic computer or tablet systems as needed.
- Follow site safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Important: This role involves moving trailers within the facility's property only. The yard hostler is not operated on public roads.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience operating a yard hostler or similar equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must meet the insurance carrier's requirements for insurability.
- Basic computer or tablet skills.
- Experience or ability to operate a sit-down forklift.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
