Forklift Operator

Location: San Antonio, TX 78219
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and loading areas. This position requires someone who is safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials, pallets, and products.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Transport and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Properly stack and organize products and inventory.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues or safety concerns.
• Verify loads are secure, balanced, and within forklift capacity.
• Maintain clear and organized warehouse aisles and work areas.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA forklift operating requirements.
• Work safely around pedestrians, other equipment, and warehouse personnel.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Current forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.
