The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate loading, unloading, and movement of products within the distribution centre. Interview process: phone interview first, followed by a possible equipment demo.

Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments using the WMS
Report discrepancies between inventory counts and shipping/receiving documents
Load/off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and prevents damage
Locate and retrieve products; replenish picking locations
Transport palletized product within the distribution centre (unload, put away double deep, bulk and full pallet pick, load, replenishment)
Operate material handling equipment, including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker
Use RF scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site
Ensure product integrity while performing all tasks
Follow site safety procedures, including required PPE (safety vest, safety shoes)
Cross-train and become knowledgeable in other warehouse positions; provide backup support as needed

2+ years of experience in slipsheet operation (must-have)
Experience with multiple types of MHE - order pickers, reach trucks, and counterbalance
Intermediate experience with either high reach or counterbalance forklift required
1 year of relevant experience required in lieu of High School Diploma/GED
Experience with Manhattan WMS - preferred
