Reach/Stand Up Forklift Operator

Location: Queen Creek, AZ

Position Summary:

The Sit-Down Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a forklift to load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the warehouse. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse efficiency while following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Reach forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks and transport materials within the warehouse.
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive and verify incoming inventory.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory using RF scanners or warehouse systems.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
• Assist with cycle counts, housekeeping, and general warehouse duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of reach forklift experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic computer and inventory tracking skills preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
