About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our distribution center team in Orlando, FL. The primary focus of this role is to safely operate a reach forklift and other warehouse equipment to move materials, support inventory activities, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments within the distribution center
• Pack, label, and prepare products for distribution
• Scan and track inventory using warehouse equipment and systems
• Operate reach forklifts and other warehouse forklifts to move materials efficiently and safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with general warehouse operations and inventory control activities
• Support proper handling of materials, including lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Ensure proper use and operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and scanning systems

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience operating reach forklifts or other forklifts
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds consistently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Commitment to safe operation of warehouse equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
• Certified forklift operation credentials (including reach forklift certification)
• Familiarity with warehouse scanning equipment and inventory systems

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Safe operation of warehouse equipment including reach forklifts and scanners
