Location: Orlando, FL

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Join our team as a Forklift Operator supporting fast-paced warehouse and distribution center operations. This role combines hands-on equipment operation, inventory management, and order fulfillment support in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience operating a stand-up dock stocker, reach truck, or similar powered industrial equipment preferred.
  • Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain forklift certification.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and operate warehouse equipment for long durations, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and twist throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.

Job Duties

  • Safely and efficiently operate a stand-up dock stocker forklift.
  • Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
  • Put away and replenish inventory to support order fulfillment.
  • Accurately scan and track inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Follow OSHA, company, and facility safety procedures.
  • Support cycle counts, picking, packing, sorting, and general warehouse functions.

Overtime and weekend availability may be required based on business needs.

A Forklift Operator helps maintain efficient warehouse operations by safely moving products between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. This role requires equipment operation skills, organizational ability, and safe work habits.
