Position: Forklift Operator

Location: North Las Vegas, NV 89030

Shifts Available:

1: Mon-Thurs 5AM-330PM $18.50/hr.
2: Mon-Thurs 4PM-230AM $19.50/hr.
3: Fri-Sun (Fri-5AM-530PM/6AM-630PM Sat/Sun) $20.50/hr.

Job Summary:
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating specialized machinery including order pickers, turrets, and reach trucks. Your role will involve navigating through our warehouse to retrieve and organize apparel items, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. You will collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment while upholding company standards for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate order pickers, turrets, and reach trucks to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
• Safely maneuver equipment to retrieve and transport apparel items within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding equipment operation and workplace safety.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating order pickers, turrets, and reach trucks, preferably in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in equipment operation are a plus.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
