Forklift Operator
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, locate, load, and stack
olive oil products and materials. This role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring
materials are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards.
The Forklift Operator will be successful by consistently operating equipment safely, following
all company safety procedures, and maintaining accuracy when moving and storing products.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse
environment are essential. Supporting team members, keeping work areas clean and organized,
and communicating effectively with supervisors and coworkers will also contribute to success in
this role.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, move, and stack materials
Transport raw materials and finished goods within the facility
Inspect forklifts daily and report maintenance or safety issues
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
Maintain accurate inventory movement and storage locations
Assist with shipping, receiving, and staging products
Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized
Support team members and supervisors as needed

Qualifications
Previous forklift operating experience preferred
Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment
Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
Ability to follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Additional tasks may be assigned as needed
